No individual photo explanations here. This is the Herrmand, a two crane barge, each crane capable of 4000 tons. I was only there 4 days fixing an old GE Anchor Winch Drive, before I left they made a lift for the SCR on top of a 4000 foot tensioned leg base they had laid before I got there.
